Scan, then check
Choose your people and photograph a receipt or upload a screenshot. Review the extracted items, prices, discounts and fees. Correct anything the scan missed, or enter the items yourself.
Shared expenses
Dinner, tickets, a group purchase: put related bills in one private group. Record who actually paid, share each person’s part, and update repayments after the money arrives.
How it works
Choose your people and photograph a receipt or upload a screenshot. Review the extracted items, prices, discounts and fees. Correct anything the scan missed, or enter the items yourself.
Assign each item to the people who shared it. Split a shared dish across just those diners; distribute tax, tip and service fees proportionally.
Share an itemized breakdown through WhatsApp, Messages or another app. Friends can read it without installing SPLIIT Pro. Pay each other using your usual method.
Built for shared expenses
For the friend doing the maths, the house sharing groceries, and the group booking a weekend away.
1.3.11.3.1 is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Assign the salad to you and the steak to the people who ate it. Share the appetizer only with those who joined in.
Enter who covered the check, then share the suggested repayments. The app calculates; it does not move money.
See how it fitsKeep a trip, a home or a night out in its own expense history. Groups are private to your account, with shareable breakdowns.
See eligible unpaid shares and record partial repayments. Group settlements stay in the group.
Save a draft from item review, assignment or payer entry and resume from Home.
The free tier allows 7 saved contacts plus you and 3 groups. Scans refill over time. Pro removes ads and adds unlimited scans, contacts and groups, plus drafts. Past transactions remain readable for everyone.
Two bills, two payers
An illustrative shared evening: Ana pays $60 for dinner and Ben pays $30 for tickets. All three participate in both. Each owes $30 overall; Ana paid $30 above her share, Ben paid exactly his share, and Chris owes Ana $30.
Expenses
Total$90
Each person’s cost
The costs sum to $90. If Chris pays Ana $10 now, record that repayment; $20 remains. The app records payments made elsewhere.
Shared expenses
One person buys tickets, another dinner. Keep actual payers and participants on each bill.
Separate personal items from the household part before entering each expense.
Record the buyer and contributors, then mark partial repayments as they arrive.
Before you download
Groups are private to your account. You can share readable breakdowns, but participants do not collaboratively edit your group.
Record each bill’s actual payer and participants. The group calculates suggested repayments separately per currency. The example shows Chris paying Ana, because Ben already covered his own share.
Record the amount after the money arrives. A $30 debt with a $10 repayment leaves $20. This records a payment; it does not send the money.
Add the expense, record the payer, and share the result.
